It might be pretentious which it obvsly is, since hip hop, if I may say so, is not a TFM forte. Yeah, 'Merke Merke' and 'Pani Thuli' are my favorites as well. You are providing a great resource on the Internet here! Though, i won't say that this is a great number, I feel it is carnatjc good effort for a rap song in Tamil. YSR does a great job in making them sing in contrasting pitches and he picked just the right singers for that. As Balaji said, the theme of the song is quite different from the usual stuff we hear these days. If you are willing to drive your car with a company advertisement on it to your job, the shops, school carjatic etc.

Well except for pushing it hard. The Kanda Naal Mudhal soundtrack is a delightful one.
